OVERTIME: Overtime on work outside the regularly scheduled working hours and on Saturdays will be paid for a 1 ½ times the hourly rate of pay. Sundays and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day shall be paid for a two (2) times the adjusted hourly rate of pay. Tuesday thru Saturday workweek for maintenance, service calls, & shop work at straight time rate of pay.


ZONE RATES: A free zone will be established around two major Colorado cities as follows: Colorado Springs (I-25 & Uintah exit) 40 miles*

Pueblo (I-25 & Hwy 50 intersection) 40 miles*


*Local 12 and Local 113 shall be a free zone for work performed between each local.

JOB HOURS Installer/Tech Apprentice


1st 800 hour period 70% of Installer Tech* 2nd 800 hour period 75% of Installer Tech* 3rd 800 hour period 80% of Installer Tech** 4th 800 hour period 85% of Installer Tech** 5th 800 hour period 90% of Installer Tech** 6th 800 hour period 95% of Installer Tech**


*1st and 2nd period apprentice “benefits” shall be Health and Welfare, NEBF, & Apprenticeship Contribution.


Please include ALL apprentices when calculating NECA, ADMIN, & NLMCC.


**Starting with 3rd period, all benefits will be paid with the PENSION & ANNUITY being pro-rated as follows:

4th 800 hour period 85% of Pension & Annuity**

NOTE: CWCE's may be used as Support Technicians on VDV work in the jurisdictions of IBEW Local 12 and 113. Full portability will be allowed.
