Online job bidding opens daily at 5:00 PM Mountain Time and remains open until 8:00 AM the following day. Bidding is open all day on weekends and holidays.

You must re-sign the out-of-work list each calendar quarter to keep your position on the books. How you re-sign depends on which book you're on.
Books 2, 3 & 4
Email your information to dispatch (Book 1 may also re-sign this way if preferred). Include:
- Your name
- Your Local #
- Book #
- Your email (optional)
Quarterly Schedule
Re-sign on the first working day of each new calendar quarter — January, April, July, and October. There is a 15-day grace period: mailed re-signs must be received between the 1st and close of business on the 15th of the quarter.

Register through the member portal or at the union hall.
Bid on the Call You Would Like to Take
Review the open calls and bid on the jobs you want. Calls are awarded based on your position on the books.
Respond Promptly
When called, respond within 24 hours to accept or decline the job.
