What’s offered:
- Short-Term Disability: up to $500/week, tax-free, for up to 37 weeks
- Long-Term Disability: up to $5,000/month, tax-free, for up to 5 years
- Life & AD&D: up to $200,000 to your beneficiary, plus another $200,000 if death is accidental
- Accident Insurance (NEW): cash benefits for fractures, burns, ER visits, hospital stays, physical therapy and more. Covers your whole family.
- Critical Illness Insurance (NEW): lump-sum payment on diagnosis of cancer, heart attack, stroke and other major illnesses. Up to $40,000 for members and spouses.
