Safety is everyone's responsibility. Report an injury, safety concern, or near hit to the Local 113 Safety Committee — confidentially and without fear of reprisal.
REPORT A SAFETY CONCERN
The Safety Committee works to reduce the risk of workplace injuries and illnesses and to ensure compliance with federal and state health & safety regulations. Use this form to report an injury, a safety concern, or a near hit.
Reports go directly to current Safety Committee members. No negative action will be taken against anyone who files a report. Near-miss reports may be shared with contractors for safety networking.
